At Lion Standard, every product is made to order with care and purpose — which means we do not offer refunds. However, we understand that sizing or style may not always be perfect the first time, and we’re here to help with exchanges.

Exchange Policy

  • We accept exchanges for store credit only.

  • Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive store credit to use toward a new item of your choice.

How to Request an Exchange

To start your exchange, email us at thelionstandardco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit.

Important Notes

  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

  • All products are made to order, which helps us minimize waste and stay true to our mission.

  • We do not accept returns for items marked as final sale.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
